The first thing someone would notice is that, while he holds a sort of military bearing at times in the straightness in his shoulders and back, there's a certain casualness to him, unless he is on alert. He has a certain presence about him, but it isn't necessarily intimidating if one doesn't know who he is. He looks approachable. identifying marks; Due to the serum, Steve has no noticeable scars, and he has no tattoos. mental state: Upon his arrival, he is in a state of confusion and grief. They had just defeated Thanos a final time some days prior, and while his best friends Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes were back, he had also lost his friends Natasha Romanoff and Tony Stark in the process. There were memorials to be had, condolences to give, grieving to be done - and a mission to complete. He'd been struggling with how to handle it all - and was coming up short on the how. He knew that, despite their success, despite his joy, he could feel his willpower cracking a little. The desire to run, for no reason other than to just run, was tempting as much as he knew that it was wrong, but he didn't know what to do.
